Yesterday in our ESL class we learned about our brain (powernap, food/water, energy- endorphin-exercise, fun, sleep). In our age we need to sleep for 8 half to 9 half, but I didn’t sleep enough time before I hear from ESL class I only sleep for about 6 to 7 hours a day, because I so tired after not having enough time to sleep at night, I had a power nap for about 1hour. I think I had enough healthy food (nutrition) to Exercise and use my brain but I don’t think I had enough water, maybe that’s why I was dizzy very often. I think I didn’t had lot of fun, I just had so many things going on my head. After learning about these, I’m trying to change how much time I sleep and I’m going to change the time of my powernap. Also I try not to stress about it, I should bringing water bottle to class if I can., least drink a lot before I feel the thirst.
